Employee Assistance Services (EAS) is most commonly referred to as an Employee Assistance Program.  It is a 24 hour company- sponsored program designed to help employees and their dependents with personal or family problems.  Companies that offer employee assistance services help restore and strengthen the health and productivity of their employees and the workplace as a whole.
